Using tumeric with just water is a little gritty..I found that a little coconut oil makes this a much nicer application…just a little bit maybe 1/2 teaspoon to a table spood of turmeric…then it will harden in small saucer…soo take two fingers with hot water and put a little on the top and rub it and it gets nice and creamy and when you apply it to your forhead it’s not gritty,and has a smooth texture…:)
