I am sure we can all find someone that is a TWIN…to a Ruler or a President…That is not the question….What is the Question is what are the odds…Of a Ruler Looking like a Past Ruler…???….Now the odds Drop by millions…Because you are dealing with a very small percentage NOT a world wide Search of the Group you are chosing from…It has to be next to impossible…and My Personal Opinion…IT ISSSSS….But you make your own decision with common sense…
